Service Scheduling

To help us serve you better please refer to the following helpful hints:

We always suggest you call in advance (330-637-1055) to schedule a repair visit. (We will be adding an online appointment system in the near future.)

Make a list, in order of priority, of the service work you want done. BRING ALL DOCUMENTATION RELATING TO THIS VISIT.

Our Service Department operates on a scheduling system. This system also allows us to schedule a reasonable amount of work that can be completed for that day. If you have a number of items to be addressed be prepared to leave your vehicle for more than one day. Remember, if you wait until the last minute we may not be able to schedule your vehicle for the day you would like.

If you must wait for your vehicle, please let us know when you schedule, and again when you arrive for your appointment. This helps us coordinate the schedule to accommodate you.

Even though you talk to your Service Advisor in the morning, your vehicle may not be dispatched into the work plan until much later. This is due to a thousand variables and hundreds of decisions taking place during the course of the work day, so if at all possible, allow us the whole day to repair your vehicle.

Many vehicles enter the shop with unknown problems which often expand into hours of labor not foreseen. If you have not heard from your Service Advisor we suggest you call.




Service Hours

Our Service Department is open Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 p.m. Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

Service Credit

We accept the following form of payment: cash, local check, and all major credit cards.

Night Drop Service

is available. Please contact the Service Department for details.

Towing

contact your Service Advisor for details.

So We Can Call You

Please make yourself available by phone during the time your vehicle is in for service.

Please Remember

Always refer a service problem to your Service Advisor or the Service Manager. They are trained to find the solutions.
